Right now in Marin property prices have stabilized and there are more homes on the Market in our inventory.  This is a Buyers' Market. There are eager buyers who want to move to Marin and the population of the County is low density. We have lots of open space providing scenic beauty, and homes are clustered around small Towns. The prices of homes continue to hold their value and increase, although not the 20% that has been in some areas the past few years.  Interest rates are still relatively low.
