Right now in Marin property prices have leveled off or decreased and there are more homes on the Market in our inventory.  This is a Buyers' Market. There are eager buyers who want to move to Marin and the population of the County is low density. We have lots of open space providing scenic beauty, and homes are clustered around small Towns. The prices of homes continue to hold their relative value in many locations in Marin.   Interest rates are still very low for qualified Buyers.  One needs to consider all aspects of a potential move from one residence to another.
